    NEXT #ADDCYM TWITTER CHAT - TUES 8pm
    Welcome to the home of #addcym (Addysg Cymru). We are a group of educators based in Wales, or with an interest in the Welsh education system, who are harnessing new technologies to share ideas, spread good practice and collaborate to improve our own classrooms.
    Anyone is welcome to get involved. Please see below for some of the ways you can take part.

    #addcym is the hash tag used to keep ideas, links and conversations organised on Twitter. In addition, every Tuesday between 8 and 9pm there is a Twitter Chat around one issue or theme in education.
    Everyone is welcome to join in - keep an eye on the hashtag on Twitter to find out what the topic is.
    Summaries of the chats are kept on the #addcym posterous blog
    {http://dl.dropbox.com/u/42684/addcym%20logos/addcym%20teachmeets.jpg}
    TeachMeets are an opportunity for educators to come face to face and share ideas in a fairly informal setting. They are going on up and down the UK, with a growing number taking place in Wales, often supported by NGfL Cymru. See the Teachmeet website for forthcoming events.

    New for 2012/13
    Besides the twitter chats, this year we're going to be trying to harness the power of teachers online to create some collaborate resources, which we'll publish once a month and archive here.
    Keep checking back, or see the twitter hashtag for how you can help!
